Booking your Winehopper private tour is easy and can be done anytime online through the booking calendar at the top of this page. Just have your tour date, number of guests, and preferred pickup and drop-off locations ready. Once you’ve booked, our team will take care of the rest—coordinating with the venues and preparing our bus—so all you need to do is sit back, relax, and get ready for an unforgettable adventure!
Your private tour begins at your preferred pickup location within the Canberra region—this is often your home, local shops, or a convenient community area. At the end of the day, we will drop your group off at the location of your choice, which may differ from the pickup point. Many guests choose to finish in the City or Braddon to continue their celebrations.
No. The bus is reserved exclusively for your group for the entire day, and your driver will remain with your group throughout the tour.
We welcome groups from 8 to 24 passengers.
We can also cater to groups larger than 24; however, these require additional planning. For larger-group enquiries, please contact us at admin@winehopper.com.au
Groups smaller than 8 are welcome, but will be charged at the minimum rate for 8 passengers.
Non-drinking guests are fully included in the experience. At each venue, they can enjoy a refreshing non-alcoholic beverage (subject to availability). Our pricing is designed to cover the full experience for every guest—transport, venue access, and curated service throughout the day. For guests who prefer not to drink, a non-alcoholic beverage is provided at each venue.
There is no minimum age; however, guests under 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Please note that our buses are not equipped with anchor points or booster seats, so we are unable to accommodate children who require these restraints.
Yes. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available. Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies when booking.
