1. Service Description

WINE HOPPER PTY LTD offers winery tour bus experiences throughout Canberra and the surrounding region. Our services include transportation to, between and from selected wineries. Guided tours, tastings, food, and optional extras may also be included depending on the package selected.

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

3. Payment Terms and Conditions

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking. Re-booking will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Warranties and Disclaimers

While we make every effort to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and accurate service, we do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. All services are provided “as is” and subject to availability. We comply with all Australian Consumer Law guarantees which cannot be excluded.

5. Website Security and Privacy

We do not store credit card details, and personal information is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Agreement Term and Termination

These Terms and Conditions remain in effect until the completion of the service or until terminated by either party under the cancellation provisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

We accept liability only as required by Australian Consumer Law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
• Indirect or consequential losses.
• Loss of enjoyment.
• Costs incurred due to missed travel connections.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WINE HOPPER PTY LTD, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, including any violation of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, social media and promotional materials—including logos, images, and tour descriptions— as well as any informational materials provided to customers remains the intellectual property of WINE HOPPER PTY LTD and may not be used or reproduced without written consent.

10. Complaints

11. Insurance

We carry appropriate public liability insurance for services provided. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings during tours.

12. Cancellation and Termination

• Cancellations more than 30 days before the tour: Full refund (minus $25pp administration fee).
• Cancellations between 7 – 30 days before tour: 50% refund (minus $25pp administration fee).
• Cancellations within 7 days or no-show: No refund.

WINE HOPPER PTY LTD reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, safety, or insufficient numbers). You will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Passengers are required to comply with the Passenger Code of Conduct at all times. WINE HOPPER PTY LTD reserves the right to remove any individual from the tour without refund if their behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, as determined by the tour operator or staff.
